Job Description

Role Overview: As an Intern at Inspire Clean Energy, you will be assisting in end-to-end recruitment processes. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups. You will coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews, update candidate databases, and post job descriptions on various platforms. Additionally, you will support onboarding coordination, provide administrative assistance to the HR team, and contribute to departmental efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups. - Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews. - Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers. - Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms. - Support in onboarding coordination and documentation. - Provide administrative support to the HR team as required. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.,
