Job Description

As an HR Intern, you will be supporting the HR team in executing various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and other HR functions. This role provides an excellent opportunity for you to kickstart your career in human resources, gain practical experience, and develop skills in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. - Help with onboarding activities by preparing new hire documentation, setting up orientation schedules, and ensuring a smooth entry for new employees. - Maintain and update employee files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. - Support in gathering and analyzing HR metrics for data-driven decision-making. - Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other employee development initiatives. - Track performance review cycles, collect feedback, and support ongoing performance management processes. - Participate in employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback sessions to foster a positive work environment. - Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with legal requirements and company policies. - Provide administrative support to the HR team, including organizing meetings, preparing documents, and other tasks as needed. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications. - Prior HR internship or relevant experience is a plus.
