Description
As an HR Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and more. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the recruitment life cycle across all functions according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and turnaround time (TAT). - Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions, coordinating interviews, and maintaining the candidate database. - Liaising with HR Operations, Administration, IT, Learning & Development teams to ensure they are informed about new hires and joining dates. - Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, induction sessions, and training schedules. - Ensuring a smooth handover process by facilitating necessary clearances and documentation for departing employees. - Assisting in preparing HR-related documents such as employment contracts, performance reviews, and exit interviews. Qualifications required for this role include a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource or Graduation with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, leadership effectiveness, business focus, results orientation, process orientation, relationship management, change management, effective listening, collaboration, and fluency in Hindi & English are desired skills for this position.
