Job Title: HR Intern – Recruiter Location: Nearby Shaniwar Wada Duration: 3 months to 6 months Internship Stipend: 7k to 15k Department: Human Resources Reporting To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in learning the fundamentals of recruitment and talent acquisition in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms Coordinate and assist in campus hiring and recruitment drives Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics and feedback Support HR team with various recruitment-related administrative tasks Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong interest in recruitment and human resources Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning Ability to handle confidential information with integrity What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Exposure to HR tools and systems Opportunity to work with experienced HR professionals Insight into real-world HR operations and hiring strategies Potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs
