Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our corporate gifting solutions. Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to decision-makers. Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Requirements Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required). Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone. Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to sales. Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
