Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an HR Intern at SIGNXPRESS INDIA, located in Uttam Nagar, Delhi, with a stipend of 5,000 INR. The HR Intern will provide support in implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, assisting in recruitment processes, and handling personnel management tasks. The role includes engaging in various human resources tasks and contributing to the effective management of HR operations within the organization.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
• Experience or interest in Personnel Management and related functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and collaborate with team members.
• Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
