Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, on-boarding, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Assist with documentation, HR reports, and compliance tasks. Provide general administrative support to the HR department. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
