Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern for an Unpaid Internship to join our team and gain hands-on experience in HR processes, compliance, and employee engagement. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn about different HR functions, policies, and procedures in a dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:
This intern would be working across theHR team, assisting with various initiatives and activities that require support, thereby providing additional capacity.
Coordinate employee engagement activities.Assist in reports, and standard operating procedures.Work on HR analytics and prepare reports on key HR metrics.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google AppsAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
