Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring recruitment progress is tracked efficiently. Assist in onboarding and induction activities to provide a smooth employee experience. Contribute to creating and refining HR policies, employee handbooks, and process documents. Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives. Respond to HR-related queries and provide day-to-day administrative support. Be involved in performance evaluation processes and feedback implementation.
