HR Intern - Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and LinkedIn
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases
• Support onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities
• Assist in employer branding and campus/early-career hiring initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a dynamic environment
