HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress.
• Support HR team in employer branding initiatives.
• Assist in onboarding documentation and coordination.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Manage recruitment trackers and maintain accurate records.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and job posting tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed bachelor's/master's (HR preferred, but open to others with interest).
