Backed by Y Combinator and top-tier VCs and angel investors from Silicon Valley and India, we make it easy for local businesses to invoice their customers over WhatsApp. With Swipe, businesses can send a WhatsApp message with a link that allows their customers to pay instantly using various payment methods.\ \

Overview

\ We’re looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Hyderabad. You will assist in various HR functions and contribute to our growth. You will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and employee engagement initiatives.\ \

What you will do

Source and attract candidates for non-tech roles via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and campus outreach.
Screen CVs, shortlist profiles, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
You will be working closely with the founder’s office team.
Plan and organise fun, inclusive events for festivals, cultural days, or team celebrations.

What We’re Looking For

Students or recent graduates (HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields).
Creative approach to sourcing and employer branding.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

💰Stipend - 30000
⌛Duration - 6 Months with full-time conversion based on performance📍Location - WFO, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
