⁠The Work You'll Do

• Resolve technical issues related to Tally integration, troubleshooting across various customer use cases.
• Work closely with customers across India to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for Tally software.
• Provide training, demos, and support on Tally software functionalities and integrations.
• Address customer queries regarding product demographics, reporting, and customization needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvements and updates to Tally-related products and processes.
• Ensure that Tally software configurations meet GST and taxation requirements, assisting clients with relevant compliance.
  

⁠What Makes You a Great Fit

• Educational Qualification: Any graduate.
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Tally software, including troubleshooting, integration, and customization.
• GST & Taxation Knowledge: Understanding of GST and taxation processes in Tally (preferred).
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Customer Orientation: Ability to engage directly with customers, comprehend their needs, and deliver effective solutions.\ \ CTC: ₹4-5LPA
