Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher from a management background who is looking to kick-start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
Help maintain employee records and HR databases
Coordinate internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
Provide support in daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Participate in learning sessions and HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

Recent graduate or final-year student from a Management or HR-related program
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Good organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹1,500.00 per month
