About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and people-focused

HR Intern

to join our team! This role offers hands-on exposure to three core HR areas – Employee Engagement, Recruitment and HR Operations.If you enjoy connecting with people, organizing creative initiatives and want to learn how HR works end-to-end in a fast-paced environment, this internship is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations and contests across locations.
  • Support internal communication drives newsletters, recognition posts, and engagement reports.
  • Gather employee feedback and contribute ideas to improve culture and team bonding.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-office events.

Recruitment

  • Support the hiring process by sourcing candidates via job boards and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker.
  • Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial HR conversations where required.

HR Operations

  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain employee databases, records, and documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and HRMS updates.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives in HR operations.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, organized and detail-oriented.
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
