HR Intern

Type: Internship (6 months) → Full-time opportunity based on performance
Stipend: ₹10,000/month (internship)
Post-Internship Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000/month (on confirmation)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR operations. This role offers fresh graduates an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Successful candidates may transition into a full-time role after the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Provide administrative assistance in HR operations and documentation.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
• Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes and culture.

Ideal Skills & Attributes:

• Fresh graduates are welcome; background in HR/management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
