Recruitments

 Posting of jobs on various portals like Naukri.com, LinkdIn etc

 Schedulling of interviews for prospects

 Shortlisting suitable candidates from the interviews

 Negotiation with the candidates

 Document collection from candidates

 Sanctioning offer letter to the selected candidates

 Coordinating with the campus recruitment process

 Briefing the new joinees with the policies, procedures, code of conduct of the organisation

 Document verification of the candidates hired

 Maintaining Organograms

 Maintaining MD sheet

 Following recruitment protocols

 Maintaining trackers and maintaining MIS related to recruitment

 Ensuring hiring within stipulated cost

 Ensuring proper onboarding of employees

 Ensuring proper coordination of interviews. 2

Other responsibilities

 Planning activities for employee engagement and executing them

 Creating awareness about the actvities by floating mails

 Taking surprise night visits to the hospital

 Generating report for the night round visits and panelizing the guilty

 Taking regular rounds in the hospital for monitoring discipline, dress code , creating rapport with other departments etc

 HRMS: Grievance handling and resolving daily issues

 Resolving employee issues on a daily basis

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
