Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Intern (Recruiter). The HR Intern will assist in managing recruitment processes, sourcing and screening potential candidates, and coordinating interviews. The individual will contribute to developing HR policies, supporting personnel management, and handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits and HR operations. This internship will offer hands-on experience in HR processes and build core skills in recruitment and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and recruitment processes
• Understanding of HR Management practices, including onboarding and workforce planning
• Familiarity with HR Policies, compliance, and labor laws
• Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to dynamic challenges
• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a program related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
