This internship is a great opportunity for students in their pre-final or final year who are looking to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, especially in recruitment and onboarding. Key Responsibilities Draft clear, detailed, and role-specific job descriptions. Publish job openings on job boards and professional platforms. Screen incoming applications and shortlist profiles based on predefined criteria. Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates and coordinate further rounds with the internal team. Assist in preparing and managing documentation for new hires. Help maintain an accurate and up-to-date employee database. Ensure HR documentation aligns with company policies and compliance standards. Support in organizing internal events and engagement activities. Contribute creative ideas to promote employee engagement and workplace culture. What We're Looking For Strong interest in human resources, especially recruitment and employee engagement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with HR tools like ATS, HRIS, or resume databases is a plus. Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
