Responsibilities:-
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.- Support in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.- Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.- Contribute to the maintenance of HR records and documentation.- Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and events.- Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.**Qualifications:**- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR function in a dynamic work environment.
