Position Overview:
We are seeking a Male HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Indore. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are passionate about HR and eager to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
• Support the HR team in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Help maintain and update employee databases and records.
• Participate in onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only (freshers are welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in HR, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
