Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in shortlisting and scheduling interviews for various job positions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction formalities for new hires.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Help in drafting HR documents, notices, and circulars.
  • Provide support in attendance management and leave record keeping.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PG in HR or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Eager to learn and work in a dynamic team environment.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 30 days
