Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and creating new hire welcome kits.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures under guidance.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
  • Ensure compliance
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and training sessions.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good Communication Skills.
