Learning & Development Intern

MyOperator is a leader in Cloud Telephony, committed to delivering exceptional products and services. We are looking for a motivated Learning & Development (L&D) Intern to join our team in Noida, Sector 2. This is a 6-month, full-time internship with the potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of training programs and workshops.
• Manage the logistics and scheduling of learning initiatives.
• Support the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), including data entry and report generation.
• Research and recommend new learning tools and methodologies.
• Provide administrative support to the L&D team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

• Stipend: ₹13,500 per month
• BYOD Policy: ₹1,500 per month
• PPO Opportunity: Potential for a full-time offer upon successful completion of the internship.
