Lead India is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our growing team. This internship is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations within a purpose-driven organization focused on leadership and civic development.

Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
Support onboarding and orientation processes for new interns and employees
Maintain and update employee records and internal HR databases
Help organize employee engagement activities and team events
Collaborate with the HR team on policy updates, compliance, and documentation

Requirements

Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
