Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR functions including employee onboarding, planning and executing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and aiding in personnel management processes. The intern will also support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and help in maintaining an organized and efficient HR department.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
