Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong understanding of recruitment process and best practices.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience in onboarding and training activities is a plus.
• Familiarity with systems for data management
• Ability to conduct data analysis and generate reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment process such as sourcing, screening & interviewing candidate.
• Support employee relations activities and HR initiatives.
• Help with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
• Assist in training and development programs for employees.
• Utilize system data entry and management
• Maintain HR documents and records
• Collaborate with team members on various HR projects

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
