Job Title:- HR Intern

Skills: Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Policies, Onboarding, Training and Development, Communication skills.

Job Overview:

HR Intern role at Jaikvik Technology India Pvt Ltd., a leading manpower recruitment solutions company in Noida. Ideal for fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong understanding of recruitment process and best practices.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Experience in onboarding and training activities is a plus.
Familiarity with systems for data management
Ability to conduct data analysis and generate reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment process such as sourcing, screening & interviewing candidate.
Support employee relations activities and HR initiatives.
Help with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
Assist in training and development programs for employees.
Utilize system data entry and management
Maintain HR documents and records
Collaborate with team members on various HR projects

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
