HR Intern – IndiaMART Process (Ambala)

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic HR Interns to join our team for the IndiaMART process in Ambala City. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical exposure in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for field sales and tele-sales roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Support HR team in onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and business teams.
• Ensure smooth communication with candidates and internal teams.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and recruitment processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a collaborative team environment.
• High energy, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

3 to 6 Months (Performance-based PPO opportunity for successful interns).
