Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment support: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Handle job postings on portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule further rounds with candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in drafting offer letters and joining formalities.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic, target-driven, and willing to learn recruitment processes.
