HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter Intern to assist in hiring for the Interior Design and Architecture industry. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews, specifically for creative roles like Interior Designers, Architects, 3D Visualizers, and Project Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and design forums.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Instagram, and other channels.
• Screen resumes to identify relevant skills for design roles (SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD).
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database.
• Support in onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
• Learn and implement best practices in recruitment for the design industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Interest in Interior Design and Architecture industry recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media hiring.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
