HR Intern Onsite at Gururo (Vadodara)

Gururo is seeking a proactive and driven

HR Intern

to join our team onsite at our

Vadodara (Akshar Chowk)

office. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced environment with training and guidance provided throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate databases
HR Operations:
- Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes
- Help manage documentation and HR compliance
- Support employee engagement activities
Project Management & Coordination:
- Assist in managing HR-related projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution of HR processes

Requirements:

Must have
strong spoken English communication skills
Students or recent graduates in
HR, Management, or related fields
Must be willing to
work onsite at Akshar Chowk, Vadodara
Must commit to a
minimum of 3 months
