Role Description

The role will involve assisting in HR tasks such as Recruitment, Onboarding and other HR operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials.
• Maintain employee records and assist in organizing HR documents.
• Participate in employee engagement activities, such as organizing events, surveys, and team-building activities.
• Assist with the performance management process and help coordinate employee feedback sessions.
• Provide support in HR compliance, including ensuring policies and procedures are up to date.
• Participate in HR projects such as talent development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic exposure to recruitment processes
• Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
