Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Intern role located in Faridabad. The HR Intern will assist in executing HR policies, supporting employee benefits programs, managing personnel records, and contributing to overall HR management efforts. Additional responsibilities include assisting in recruitment processes, managing documentation, and supporting initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using HR software tools and MS Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or recent graduate)
• Prior internship or experience in HR or a related field is a plus
