We are looking for a committed and proactive HR Intern to join our team for a six-month internship program, designed to provide real-world experience and industry exposure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
• Draft HR letters, policies, and official communication
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Assist in organizing training sessions and feedback collection
• Contribute to day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

Eligibility and Requirements

• Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with MS Office and Google Workspace
• Available to commit for a full-time 6-month internship
