This internship provides practical exposure to core HR functions including HR operations, recruitment, grievance management, and other related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment process by assisting in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Participate in the management and resolution of employee grievances under guidance
• Contribute to the onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Provide support for various HR administrative tasks and projects to enhance learning

Candidate Profile:

• Graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is required
• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong willingness to learn
• Prior knowledge of HR practices is advantageous but not mandatory

• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month (fixed)
