Job Description

The responsibilities of this role include assisting with recruiting and onboarding processes, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also be supporting the HR team in managing employee records to ensure all documentation is complete and up to date. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and distributing internal communications, policies, and other HR-related documents. Furthermore, you will assist in employee engagement initiatives, company events, benefits administration, and communication. It will be part of your role to maintain HR databases, generate reports as needed, participate in training programs, and contribute to HR-related projects. Addressing basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures will also be among your responsibilities. This is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift and the work location is in person.,
