About the Role

We are hiring a proactive and motivated HR Intern who is a recent graduate or MBA (HR) student/fresher with up to 6 months of experience. This internship is designed to provide exposure to the real-world HR functions in a corporate setting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and panel

- Maintain employee records and update HR databases

- Help with onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation

- Draft letters like offer letters, internship letters, etc.

- Support in employee engagement and internal HR activities

- Assist the HR team in daily administrative tasks

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)

- MBA in HR (pursuing or completed)

- 0–6 months of experience in HR (fresher welcome)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets

- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
