HR Intern

You are being offered an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern / Executive with a focus on CV Screening & Shortlisting. Your main responsibility will involve reviewing candidate profiles, shortlisting suitable candidates, and coordinating final interviews. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: - Review and evaluate incoming resumes and applications for various job positions. - Assess candidate profiles based on job requirements and criteria. - Shortlist suitable candidates and arrange final interviews. - Maintain and update candidate databases and records. - Collaborate with internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback. Qualifications Required: - Preferably a 12th / Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. - Prior internship or experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory. Please note that the job is a full-time permanent position with a requirement to work from the office in Vasai (W), conveniently located just 5 minutes walking distance from the Railway Station. The work schedule is a day shift with regular working hours. In order to be considered for this role, you must be able to reliably commute to Vasai, Maharashtra, or be willing to relocate before the start date. Additionally, you are required to join by 01st July. We are looking for candidates who are proficient in English and willing to travel 100% for work.
