HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. You will support various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and understand how an HR department functions in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job roles.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate internal communication and feedback collection.
• Support HR policies, compliance, and performance management initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
