Roles and Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening of resumes and hiring from different job portals.
• Maintain records and daily update on hiring process.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates related to IT and Non IT field.
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Coordinate for employee engagement activities for employees.

Skills and Qualifications

• Understanding of various Job Portals
• Bachelor degree/Master degree in HR, business administration.
• Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill.
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
