Role: HR Intern

As an HR Intern at Gudsky, you’ll support the human resource operations and take part in building a strong and active research community. You’ll receive training and weekly learning sessions to help you grow and apply your HR skills effectively. 🔧

Key Responsibilities

• Source and hire candidates from various platforms
• Post internship/job openings across job portals and social media.
• Support and coordinate with existing team members and interns.
• Manage and promote the College Representative Program.
• Attend and assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and events.
• Create basic posts and help engage our growing community.
• Contribute to onboarding, team documentation, and internal communication.

Training & Learning Support

Initial Training: 1-day onboarding session to understand tools, tasks, and workflowWeekly Learning: 1 dedicated training session per week to help you learn, grow, and apply skills in real-time 🎯

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently graduated in HR or a related field
• Good understanding of basic HR functions and policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-driven and comfortable with remote coordination
• Interest in non-profits, education, or research .
