UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for enhancing the user experience of our digital products by designing user-friendly interfaces and creating seamless user journeys. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets for web and mobile applications. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs. Maintain and update design systems and brand guidelines. Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Analyze user behavior and usage data to iterate and improve the experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field. 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Good grasp of responsive and mobile-first design. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and design thinking. Nice to Have: Experience with design systems. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with user research techniques.
