Job Description

Role Overview: At Delaplex Ltd., we are offering an internship opportunity for an HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will be assisting the HR team in various key functional areas such as Data Management, Recruitment, Policy Development, and more. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in core HR operations and exposure to strategic HR practices. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates. - Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and employee records. - Support the onboarding and documentation process for new hires. - Participate in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and SOPs. - Analyze HR data and generate reports for decision-making. - Help in organizing employee engagement and internal communication activities. - Ensure adherence to HR compliance and company policies. Qualifications Required: - MBA/BBA graduates or students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. - Strong interest in HR operations, recruitment, and analytics. - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic HRMS tools (preferred). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
