HR Intern

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Management Intern to join our team and assist in enhancing employee engagement initiatives. This role will provide valuable experience in human resources and talent management within a fast-paced and innovative environment Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct monthly HR connects and Skip level connects and provide HR advice as appropriate. ● Support the design and implementation of employee engagement programs and initiatives. ● Assist in planning and executing events aimed at fostering a positive work culture and team cohesion. ● Provide administrative support for various talent management tasks, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records. ● Collaborate with HR and management teams to gather feedback from employees. ● Help create and distribute communications related to engagement activities, such as surveys, and recognition programs. ● Conduct research on industry best practices in employee engagement and propose innovative ideas. ● Participate in meetings and training sessions to gain insights into talent management processes and strategies. Knowledge and skills Required ● MBA/MSW specialized in Human Resource Management. ● Currently enrolled or finished Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. ● Strong interest in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks. ● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
