Job Title: Human Resource Intern Location: Flat No.2, Ground Floor, Sivaguru Illam, No.16, West Road, West CIT Nagar, Nandanam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India - 600035 Department: Human Resources About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to support our HR operations. This internship offers valuable exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration in a dynamic organizational setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for active job openings. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Support the onboarding process and orientation of new employees. Maintain and update HR databases and employee records. Participate in employee engagement activities and internal HR events. Help draft offer letters, HR documents, and reports. Ensure compliance with internal policies and HR procedures. Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
