About the Internship

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People & Culture team, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment across both tech and non-tech roles. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring across functions—including engineering, product, marketing, business, and leadership—while contributing to a high-growth, purpose-led organization.

What You’ll Do

• Support full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Assist in hiring for technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (business, marketing, operations) roles
• Coordinate and support campus engagement efforts: outreach, scheduling, shortlisting, and assessments
• Partner on intern hiring drives and manage relationships with placement cells and student communities
• Work alongside TA specialists and leadership to support critical and leadership-level hiring
• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers, dashboards, and databases
• Conduct market research on industry benchmarks, talent pools, and compensation trends
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and culture across candidate touchpoints
• Contribute to employer branding via social media content, events, and outreach initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year student or recent graduate with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with stakeholders and candidates
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic setting
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ownership mindset
• Prior internship or project experience in recruitment coordination, campus hiring, or employer branding is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or job boards is an added advantage

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 Months
• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Onsite)
• Stipend: ₹ 25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
• PPO Opportunity: May be extended based on performance and availability of a full-time role at the time of internship completion
