HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment activities. You will support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding, while also participating in job fair initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and attracting potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct or support initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Help manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Generate and maintain recruitment data, reports, and tracking sheets.
• Assist in planning and coordinating job fair activities and campus recruitment events.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools or platforms is a plus.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 -6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
