Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates from various job portals and social platforms. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Conduct telephonic screening and basic HR interviews. Maintain recruitment records and reports. Support in onboarding and documentation processes. Work closely with senior HR team members on daily tasks. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets. Availability to work from home for the internship period. Laptop or smartphone with internet access. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
