Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to support core HR operations, primarily attendance management, onboarding, and employee orientation. This role offers practical exposure to HR administration in a growing organization. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and track daily employee attendance records. Assist in new joiner onboarding documentation and file management. Coordinate and support employee orientation sessions. Update employee data in HR trackers and systems. Ensure timely completion of joining formalities. Support HR team with basic administrative tasks. RequirementsPursuing or completed degree in HR, Management, or related field. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and confidentiality. Willingness to learn HR operations.
