Experience in HR (employee life cycle), Manpower Planning, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee engagement and IR- statutory compliances, PF, Pension, Contract Labour Management, Trade Union, Payroll, Performance management, Labour laws, Process improvement Formulation, Management consulting, Strategic planning, HR Talent management, Recruitment.
Liaisoning with external stakeholders on legal & compliance front.
Budget management
Change Management
Succession Planning
Retention strategy
Employee Cost optimization
Knowledge of ERP system preferably SAP.
Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO systems - Quality, Environment and Safety & Health) including API systems - API Q1 Standard.
